Frank Rivera – Founder & CEO

Frank Rivera has dedicated his life to helping those in need. At the age of 16 he went to Africa and helped assist underprivileged communities. Since then he has returned to Africa 3 additional times, each time returning more passionate about making a difference. After volunteering through many organiza- tions, Frank decided that in order to make public service a lifestyle, he should be a part of an organization that mirrors the change he wanted to see in the world and what better way of ensuring that happen other than starting up a non profit, thus the birth of Handing Out Hope.
Kevin Pakdivichit – COO
“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. The things I do may be small, but what I accomplish is great. And I will not let what I cannot do stop me from doing what I can do.”
As Managing Director, Kevin Pakdivichit works closely with committee chairs to ensure smooth operations for HOH and is responsible for the committees. Kevin has worked with non-profit organizations for over 10 years and, in addition to being a small business owner, has held numerous paid and non-paid positions in various organizations.
Mark Ades – CFO

Having been a long-time Community Activist and a participant in local/regional governments including experience in Human Relations, Historical Preservation, Community Planning and Housing, Mark is using that knowledge in the Non-Profit Community to assist and help others.
Having started his work life as a minimum wage earner and building upon that to become a business owner, Mark has always remembered where he started and has always spoken out as a strong voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
